Being a competitive athlete is an interesting dichotomy. On the one hand you can push yourself to do something only a small percentage of the population does physically and mentally. On the other hand that also essentially means that apart from competition days and the odd weekend, you generally feel sore, hungry and beat up.
This week Helene vents her frustrations at her current injury. It was a tough one to record, but we're glad we did.
